ABOUT:
This was great fun to make. We had to make it quite quickly to meet the deadline of the Future Shorts competition but we're used to working to crazy deadlines.

But the brilliant cast rose to the challenge and we shot the whole thing in one afternoon in the upstairs bar of the Coach & Horses pub in London, Soho.

Olly and I approached the script by doing a lot of improvising on camera to 'road test' the material. And then I'd make rough edits of our improv and the bits which worked on camera were transcribed and that's what we shot for the final movie. This gave the material a freshness, which is easy to lose when your just imagining a scene in your head and not having it played out on camera. We'll defiantly be approaching future films in a similar way.
